How long will my items take to ship? We stock all of our products in house. If your order is placed before 3pm it usually ships the same day.

Do you allow returns? Yes, returns are accepted with if it falls under the eligibility guidelines HERE with the exception of our mapping services.

How do you update trails and how do I get the updates?
We offer free updates for 1 calendar year from your purchase. The updates take place automatically when you open the OnX app. To learn more about how these updates happen click HERE.
