Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be new, unused, resalable, and include all original parts and packaging.

  • Unacceptable Returns: Returns will not be accepted if the item has been installed, mounted, welded, altered, or tampered with (including electronic parts). Special-order items are non-returnable.
     

  • RMA Required: To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Trail Soda at sales@trailsodaco.com. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
     

  • Member Responsibility: Members are responsible for all return shipping costs and insuring the returned items.
     

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. A 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
 

  • Process: Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Delays: Processing times vary by bank. Contact your bank or credit card company if you experience delays.

  • You may return this product for a full return minus restocking costs and shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

  • Defective/Damaged Products: Items that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same product. Contact info@trailsodaco.com to initiate the exchange and obtain an RMA number.
     

 

Reporting Issues
 

  • Missing/Damaged Items: Any shipment discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Trail Soda will resolve any reported shipping errors reported within this timeframe.
